Dickoron sapphire cut followed by a dick polish is excellent, infact that is exactly what is found on the majority of dick combi steels two sides are sapphire and two are polish i use these both myself in the oval shape and always have a superioir cutting edge whilst I work with all of my knifes. bearing in mind that they have been sharpened meticulously to a very fine edge and these steels are perfect for maintaining this in the workplace
