I loved this video great job keep it up I wish I coule do weights right now but I can't with my frozen shoulder issue but Im gonna keep on walking and fighting through this!

i think walking is a great workout !!
2yrs ago I lost 25lbs in 6 weeks just by walking and NOT eating after 6pm

LOL its funny cuz the 1st day I couldnt do the workouts and by the end of the week I HAD TO ADD the jump rope to be able to feel like I had worked out !
