its a tac, because it probably has a lot more than a normal rescue truck. thats why they are called tacs, look it up, it is hard to explain

Hartford has such nice equipment, but how can you have fire engines without wig-wags? Not to mention only having 1 siren speaker and having Freedom lightbars that are half made up of 5mm LED's instead of the 400 Series Super LED's?
