Im looking to buy a used TT.. why are the used prices here in canada on 02-04s so cheap... like.. for example $8200 for an '06 convertible with 20,000 kms on it?

the car is almost 10 years old. it has had it's share of small problems. stuff i have been able to take care of myself. window regulator, various sensors. basically anything plastic that has gone through a number of heat cycles. it has never left me stranded, and i have been running the big turbo kit for 6 years now. the car has 140,000 miles on it.
