And it's cooked whole to preserve the flavor of it's brains and liver, like lobster or crab. It's only an "American" concept that animal organs aren't eaten. Shrimp don't have feelings. No, kind of being legit, I believe they have an exoskeleton, right? Well, that means they lack nerves, that meaning no pain. So it's cool, right, just like going to sleep.

im not saying anything bad about anyone but i dont get it... y is everyone hating on cooking live prawn...everything is alive before getting eaten...this is just like putting a live lobster in hot boiling water..its just another way of cooking...in that case is it bad to fish then because hooking a fish with a hook hurts...EVERTHING is alive before cook or kill...
