Listen, at 17 you can take ur a2 test wich is a full licence test but bike has to be restricted to 33bhp, believe me, im a bike instructer!!

nope, you can do your (half) full test at 17 which allows you to have a 33bhp restriction untill 2 years on :D the 12bhp is just for your cbt when you turn 17

to settle the argument!!! i have a zxr400 and am RIDING it, im 17 years old, passed my motorcycle test but am restricted to a bike with 33bhp so i have bought a restrictor kit for the bike, when im 19 and my 2 years restriction is over i willk then have an un-restricted license...there...not so hard was it

Thumper is right, you can only ride upto a 125 but with a maximum of 15bhp when you're 17. You can take the restricted test when you're 19 because you cant ride a big bore bike unrestricted until you're 21!

Yeh i think u need 2 read up i think a 400 is a perfect size for a 17 ur old, not 2 high not 2 low init, aryt mate u on ur pedal bike or sumink bruv
