@badtreasey u just named the places you can get trainin, seriously though although it is harder to teach ur self if u want 2 learn parkour then i would say look up a few tutorial videos, then get out and give it a go, start small as not 2 injure your self (remember bad landing will cause long term damage even if they dont hurt straight away) n just see how to goes, there are no rules 2 parkour just an aim. i am a parkour coach from england and have been training 3 yrs, message me for more help.
