You need to wake up and take notice if you think DV against men is ignored.

It IS being ignored. How often do you hear these phrases in the anti-DV industry:

"violence against women", "battered women", "men who hit women", "empower women", etc.

Sorry, but you are wrong. Recent statistics show, that men are victims of DV at about the same rate as women. And still, there are no shelter for men.

And what about false accusations of rape or domestic violence, used against men as a weapon by some women? Why doesn´t the media talk about that?

It would be in the best interest of REAL victims of DV, because those women really harm TRUE victims of DV. But this will never happen.

When will the public start to adress the issue of men who are the victims of domestic violence? And why don´t we have shelters for abused men, when recent statistics show, that men are victims of domestic abuse at about the same rate as women?
