  • Multiple column text frames are fine, but they do have their disadvantages (esp. pre CS5). OTOH, single columns need not be as tedious as you suggest. A properly set up document would use column guides on the Master Page. So for an example as simple as your video, editing Margins and Columns with Enable Layout Adjustment checked, makes changing the gutters as easy as editing Text Frame Options.

  • I see that you are resizing your text boxes and the text is automatically re-wrapping instead of just disappearing or being transformed. How do I do this, If I resize a text box of text that I copy from ms word I can't edit it at all.
