this gives bad advice, like most expert village clips.
she is barely even hitting her quads, glutes and hamstrings, shes basically just jumping into the air and then bending over forward which does absolutely nothing.
you have to hit below parallel (ie atleast 90 degree angle with legs) and keep your upper body up (chest up). exactly like a barbell squat except jumping

If you land on your toes first, then it should be OK on the knees. Parkour knowledge I've read about.
