Now that I've thought about it more during its long time on YouTube I think I know what this may represent for a Sonic Fan, its shows the constant and never ending rivalry of Sonic and Metal Sonic, the clash against organic and synthetic, the battle to show who is the better sonic, the heartful blue hedgehog or the heartless blue machine, this question can never truly be answered, as no matter how Metal Sonic is destroyed he always will return better and stronger then before.
