Very interesting. This dude is complaining about no jobs and spends the better of this waking hours playing card games. Those who are not lazy and have spend their time wisely are finding some form of work. If you don't have skills to work in the offices and if you only want to live in Monrovia and not try out the forestry or mining sectors then he will spend his time playing card games instead of looking for work.
