I think somebody went a little overboard on cleaning this condenser. Normally just spraying it down with a hose removes the dirt.

First of all this is very dangerous, as number 1 the local electric utility company should of shut off all the electrical power to the neighborhood way before the water was allowed to get this high, I am supprised that no one got seriously electrocuted, if so the utility could of been slapped with some hefty fines.

They are very tough mine survived being crushed with debris from when my old stone barn colassped on it. It's hard to stop a trane
