@javedb2 did you have fun? i get the shit kicked out of me all the time but i just keep going back im infact off to get tapped out in a bit! have i got the wrong attitude? maybe but oh well i love it and thats the main thing
When you first started muway thai, were you naturally amazing or did you start off really bad?
I started muay thai today and got completely owned by everyone. I don't know whether to continue it or not because i feel like i'm just going to get beaten up each time i go.

@javedb2 Thanks man! It takes a while to get comfortable with everything. My secret is shadow boxing. Hitting pads is fun, but nothing cleans up your technique like shadow boxing - all techniques, elbow, knees, kicks, punches, offense, defense..

Donnie, you have to spar with different fighters because everyone fights different and the more diversity in combat the better. Shadow does help, but you need to get hit also to understand the pain and what to do with it.

@clearcombat - That's something that I tell my students. It's important to train against/with people of different height, weight, body types. Weight classes don't exist in the street. And you wouldn't think it, but the other guy in the video is one of the hardest strikers I've ever trained with.

The sounds make it that much more effective.
Great video though, lol.

It's all in the sound effects. Next time I'm going to have a guy on standby with a hammer and a head of lettuce :)
