It was the intake spouting back out for sure. It takes a lean start and goes into open loop during warmup. The lean start causes a small backfire.

Did you have to re-locate the right side passenger foot peg ? Or did the pipe fit without any issues ?

Yes, it comes with right relocate bracket, the only problem on Fatboy and Deuce is the passenger pegs don't sit on the same spot, the passenger will not notice that, just slightly offset, you can purchase another bracket from V+H to make them even. It doesn't bother me at all.

sounds good bro,looks like you have a exhaust leak on the front cylinder pipe where it curves by the floorboard on the startup

Thx! I have checked it after installation, no exhaust leak. it could be my opened air filter. I just used my crap digital camera to capture this video, crappy sound lol. Cheers!
