well, Lestat is an old vampire lord and Claudia a pupil at Hogwarts (or where ever you want), her blood smells better than anything else for him and he's searching for her...

when he finds her, they are just talking about vampires and becoming a vampire... Claudia would love to become a vampire and be with Lestat, he searches for a partner and thinks she's the right one... now, there will be much trouble^^
