Unpolished, unfinished routine. It was more of a case of getting my ideas down than final execution so ignore the hesitations, the rushed parts and the final backmount - I had no grip but had setup so felt I should commit!
Also look in the mirror for some of the bigger moves, I have this amazing knack of being in completely the wrong place for the camera.
Going to keep on working on it but won't use it in competition this year. Maybe for a charity fundraiser in November - we shall see!

I love your one handed catepillar, so much strength! Very graceful routine I loved it =D
And @1boy77 if you were a huge fan of contemporary dance you would understand that if she were wearing a leotard it would be no different to ballet or gymnastics. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. If you can't see past stereotypes then your mind is obviously not as open as you think it is.

You are rude !!!!!!! This is Dancing!!!!!! And the clothing is necessary for the Tricks on the pole she has performed for her own safety !!The more skin contact the better grip hence the safer she is!!!!!!

I'm sorry, i am a huge fan of contemporary dancing, but "pole-dancing" isnt danceing. Especually when you are doing it in a bra and underwear with hooker heels. Not trying to be rude, yu did have really good poise, but the heels and underwear are uneccesary....shorts, okay.
