I have a blue-and-black kilt hanging in my closet, like the one in Part 1, but blue instead of orange. I bought it at the thrift store for a Halloween costume, and it didn't quite fit me, so my mom fit some black elastic around the waist. I usually wear it with black tights and black ballet flats. Last year during English class I wore it with white sports socks and sneakers, with my brother's black polyester shorts underneath, with their elastic lined up with the elastic of the skirt.
