Reininghorse, I would take a empty milk gallon, fill it with some small rocks or pebbles so it makes a loud noise when drug on the ground. attach it to your dogs harness with a tugline then lead her around the trails with that on her so it let's her become desensitised to the noise, now if it's the sensation of u being behind her and or anything else I would just do some more ground work. She'll get there :D goodluck and happy trails! :D
