These were our free mixed tapes back in the day. I remember every Friday and Saturday having my blank cassettes ready to record Chuck Chillout, Red Alert, Marley Marl and SUPER ROCKIN MR. MAGIC....Dam those were the fuckin days!!!

@TheRenegadeAssassin: I'd honestly have to say that I prefer the mixtapes of the old-school generation over the ones we have nowadays. It seemed like back in the days there was always something to look forward to... whenever someone's favorite DJs or emcees were set to put on something big, they almost always delivered. Nowadays, all of the cats out today constantly let down their listeners and fans, because they care more about the money and promotion than whether or not they meet expectations.

I THINK I might have mixes from '85 and maybe even '84 as well if they're not lost. 98.7 Kiss FM rocked the radio and I wasn't allowed to go NOWHERE!! LOL Those were the days!
