This video is of Peiselulli & Linus' conversion of the MB Games Vectrex classic 'Fortress of Narzod' running on the 8-Bit, 1Mhz Commodore 64C. This is the 16KB cartridge version that was submitted as an entry in the RGCD C64 16KB Cartridge Game Development Competition 2011.

It's a great little shoot 'em up, although I am a bit crap at it :). The music by Linus was written specially for the 8580 SID chip (C64C), and the game is PAL only (sorry!).

The game cartridge is available to buy from www.rgcd.co.uk, and comes boxed with a user manual. The box design is by Kay Failla from Bitfellas, and the game costs £19 (including UK/Europe postage) or £20 for the rest of the world.

The cartridge rom is available for free download here: http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/?id=103159
