  • @exoticeyes32 Cuz the man does not share recipes with even me? LOL! Chefs are bipolar...anyway he was experimenting with this dish for event he is catering for..

  • @splinta24...LOL your funny. Well, this does give me some ideas about what I can do with Sea Bass and create recipes of my own. 

  • @exoticeyes32 He dusted it with rice flour that I know.......lightly browned the chunks then made the sauce with the green onions and ginger, a little sugar......that's all I have :)
