its cool how that technique was in X1-X3 and megaman zero 3 but it wasnt used all that much because there wasnt that many water levels to use it

The Splash/Water Jump was intigrated in X2 and X3, it could be executed without any upgrades. The last time which had the Splash/Water Jump was in Zero 3 and 4. Unlike in the former games, you needed a foot chip to enable it.
