  • I wasn't the person in the video or supporting the video in anyway. I was actually pissed off. I posted this on youtube because a person wanted to see it, and I was asked to post it.

  • also patrick ryan LOL

  • I just want to point out the media bias of a news network like Channel 5 that would actually cover this. Instead of documenting the reality of the over one million who live in this city, they give voice to some naive and incredibly ignorant Brophy freshman. That's disgraceful journalism. And the use of the term "illegal immigration" is in itself not a neutral term, and the whole story poses this as a free speech struggle which it obviously is not.

  • lol tncdel

  • Correction, I am reporting only Brophy and other schools, which have committed federal felony CRIMES, by aiding or abetting, or by encouraging or harboring, illegal aliens. The creator of this video did an excellent job, so I gave it five stars, as anyone else should also do justly. Those who didn't are obviously illegals, or criminals aiding them.

  • Jesuits also have violated the teachings of their namesake Jesus himself.

Among other things, Jesus commanded Christians to OBEY THE LAW ["Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's"]. And it is UNJUST for the Jesuits to encourage CRIMES.

It is not only a federal felony CRIME to enter our country illegally, but also a federal felony CRIME to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens ...

As the Jesuits and creator of this video have done.

Therefore, I am reporting it 2 ICE.

  • It is patently UNJUST to allow illegals to not obey the law, while expecting everyone else to do so.

If one of our own working citizens fails to pay income taxes several years, the IRS will prosecute that citizen, impose a huge fine and imprisonment. But not the illegals.

And it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to show favoritism to just one group.

The Jesuits have a less-than-admirable history. Including acting a military to torture victims of the Inquisition.

  • Many folks who posted here, as well as the Jesuits, have missed the point, mis-classifying an injustice as justice.

My wife's a Hispanic immigrant. She wasn't too "lazy" to obey our laws or to learn English. And she has no sympathy for illegals.

Illegals are NOT immigrants. An immigrant is one who enters our country in accordance with IMMIGRATION laws; hence: an immigrant.

Whereas, one who enters our country illegally is an INVADER.

  • And of course, I mean "Patrick Ryan" when I say "you"

  • I am an '05 alumnus, and though I've seen many conservative classmates, I've never seen any spout off about BCP like this. You seem to forget where you applied to, a Jesuit school that creates Men for Others. And one of the ways for acheiving that end is a focus on through Social Justice. Immigration is a human dignity issue that should transcend politics. I'm glad BCP tries to show that.

People like you are the reason why we can't have a reasonable discussion on this important issue.
