It would be cool if Slash could find a Janis Joplin style female vocalist to sing with him. Females have a much better range for this type of vocal. Even Axl can't keep this kind of singing up live. Guys sound really odd to most when singing like this. Although I like them, I know many people who absolutely hate bands like Helloween, Toxxic, and Queensryche due to the guys singing in this style of voice. Chicks can get away with it and push it much further even.

Slash really rocked but Myles sounds like a tormented cat. I've never heard a good cover of Axl's special voice. Either they sound like Myles or they fake the voice with a falsette...both versions lacking power and edge.
