Believe what you want. Very simply I'm a pissed ex-customer of Wind. And I'm not ashamed to tell anyone that will listen. I was looking forward to having a choice when Wind launched, but their service, or lack thereof, was worse than anything I experienced before. I'm back with big blue, not by choice though.

Wind is a piece of shit. They are complete fuck'n retards. I have been put on hold for 14 hours and the manager said that is an improvement - last month it was 16 hours, she said. Those Chinese phones that they sell are shit as well.

@VECTRISM No one has good service in downtown T.O. I'm there right now, and neither my Telus or bell phone is working right now, and my girlfriends rogers isn't either.

cause WIND is fine joined in jauary and had the N900 on and it's fine they had netwoek issues but they fixed it and very fast

Service sucks bigtime!!!! People call me and my phone doesnt even ring... Then it sends me a text message saying that I missed their fucking call!!!!

My phone loses service in downtown toronto all the time!!!

If i ever have to reject a phone call it gives the person some rude-ass message about how I'M too popular and busy to take their call.... who thought of that great feature??

After doing a lot of research and reading about Wind online (their website, YouTube, various other forums), I ordered a Nexus One from Google and switched to Wind over a week ago. So far, so good. Easy signup, my number was ported over within a day), no problems with voice quality or dropped calls, no problems with 3G data or downloads.

I question whether Lairdco's 'experience' is true. Seems like a lot of work to create it. A simple webcam video would be much easier. And not anonymous.
