Thanks for posting this. I am appalled at how little we see of real Africa in the U.S. American movies and television show Africa for it's wildlife and the news media shows the wars and the pirates and the strife, but nobody shows everyday life of ordinary Africans.
No one doubts that Somalia is a deeply troubled nation, but from the media, one would think that no one ever laughs and nothing good ever happens in Somalia.
This reminds us that for all its problems, Somalia is worth saving.
