Hello Lauren, you can not imagine how much you inspired me to hope and to fight. You helped me understand that desperation is just another stone that I have to remove from my way. Just like you, now I am trying Tysabri and it is going well. You inspired me to create a blog about MS and mostly about fighting MS. Thank you so much for doing this. Im going to be going on Tysabri in a couple months and have been very nervous about it. I'm 33 and was dx'd 6 years ago. Your videos have made me excited about going on this drug rather than very anxious about it. It is nice to see some one else on the younger side with this disease. Anyone I have ever met with MS has been much older and usually further along. So thank you. I admire you for being able to "be out of the closet" so to speak.

Hello! I would look on Tysabri's website for the most up to date information. Everyone is different, but I started seeing results after my 3rd infuaion. The people who got PML got it after taking it for over a year. Good luck and keep me posted!

I was wondering how to find out the numbers on Ty. Meaning at what stage of infusion do people typically see results and at what stage did the PML come for those who got it? Can you get PML on your first infusion?
