There are no LAFD apparatus in this video.The units showing are from inland counties. This is the Sesnon fire. Vehicles are northbound Balboa from Rinaldi

who was the first pick-up truck?

the pickup is Benicia city Fire and the first engine was vallejo engine 1 or 2.hard to tell on the engine, BUT I KNOW ITS VALLEJO,CA's ENGINE.
