Subdivisions by Rush (1982) covered by my band known as the 73rd street band. We have preformed at summer fest and are performing at summer fest again this year. We enjoy doing gigs and bars and other locations. In the beginning of this song, my mic wasn't on so you can't really hear me- sorry. Enjoy! I will load the full song (or another song) in the near future.

  • The drummer is good too.

I'm sorry, Olivia. I guess you wonder why I bring up the subject of old video games.

This song is an anthem to me, of the times when it was a hit in 1982.

Songs and sound are very powerful on the mind. But to explain what I mean about that is too complicated for me to get into. Music is a strong trigger of nostalgia.

  • can you cut it in any key? ;-)

  • Awesome! Brings back flashbacks of the early 80's.

    Early videos games.

    Early Apple computers before Mac.

    Commodore 64.

    Vic 20.

    Colecovision.

    Texas Instruments.

    Atari 2600, 400, and 800.

Thats what goes through my mind when listening to this. Did your parents have any of those?

  • That really brings back the eighties. Thank you.

Makes me wish I had an Intellivision.

  • This is brilliant! Its great that your still playing piano. Good Job!

  • nice, keep it goin' !
