OK I understand what you mean by "objective reality, and how we can not sense the frequency of light in some universal objective units."
But do I understand correctly, you want to imply that it is impossible to not believe in god and to not believe in a scientific theory about objective reality at the same time? If yes, why do you think this way?

Actually this is like hard-core Descartes (the "I think, therefore I am" guy). He proposes that the only thing you can be sure of is that you exist, and everything else is based on that assumption.

It's up to the person presenting supposition to prove it, not for the person refuting dogma. An atheist doesn't believe in god because there's no empirical evidence of god. @Andyba2000, for instance, "green" is a result of photons falling into our eyes, giving a signal interpreted by our brain. "Green" as an objective fact however does not and cannot exist. Every perception is subjective. That's what I mean here.
