@Knaeckebrotsaege @Knaeckebrotsaege hey,I'm here to help people fix their own cars. over 6 million have watched so far, so I'm happy. I'm not changing anything I'm doing, I'm having fun and helping people. The germans are mainly mad cause I bad mouth the over engineered sausage wagons they make. I hate to see people buy those expensive money pits, my way of getting even for such insanely designed and built rich boy toys. Scotty

@Olddog231 racing bikes, but the shelby cobra is fun for screaming around if you don't care about gas mileage. Scotty

@BASICS1A1 1.you have a blown head gasket. and when all of your coolant get inside of your engine and mixes with your oil and is burned there is no more coolant to control the engine's temp. that's why it overheates. and since there is barley any coolant flowing through the heater core(where your heat comes from) the air rushing pastit will not have a significant increase in temperature. good luck

HI SCOTTY. I WATCH YOU All THE TIME. I HAVE A 1998 CHEVY ASTRO REAR WHEEL DRIVE 4.3 L VORTEC ENGINE.
COOLANT IS LEAKING FROM IT. WHEN I ADD COOLANT TO THE RESERVOIR IT'S EMPTY SHORTLY. THE TEMP GAUGE MOVES FROM EXTREME LEFT TO RIGHT. I CAN FIND ANY LEAKING HOSES. ALSO THE HEAT TAKES FOREVER TO WORK. PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS

@Brendaspaperclip sounds like valve stem seals. when you stop the car the oil runs down into cylinders and after you start it up it burns off pretty quickly. They're pretty cheap but you'll have to take the cams off and pressurize the cylinders
ok question here when i go to turn on my car (everytime its cold or sitting for a while) toyota 91 camry v4 a cloud of white smoke comes out for like 4 seconds and dissappears fast not sure if its steam but what can i look into to solve this problem

@Brendaspaperclip watch my video "how to find out if your head gasket is blown" and have that test done. Pray it's negative, then it would mean your engine just's burning a little oil which you would live with on that old thing. Scotty

Do you rebuild engines very often?
fredrickvoncold 2 months ago
@fredrickvoncold not any more, it costs too much money. I just replace the whole engine as I show in my video "Replacing an engine in your car". Scotty
