The Siege of Chronus Prime Intro

In the face of an impending Chaos invasion force, a coalition is formed between the previously warring Tau Empire's exploratory cadre and the Emperor's Mantis chapter of Space Marines.

A disgruntled Imperial official condemns the coalition as heresy and informs the greater Imperium of the truce with the Xenos. The report draws the attention of a powerful Inquisitor Lord and the Ordo Malleus.

Some time later, an Imperial cleansing force of Imperial Guard and Dark Angels led by the Ordo Malleus and the Inquisitor Lord land on the fateful world Chronus Prime. Despite the Emperor's Mantis Chapter Masters presenting the intel on the advancing Chaos fleet, the Inquisitor brands them heretics and declares war on the coalition.

The stage was set and the world of Chronus Prime was poised for a bloodbath. The Inquisition-led Imperials had arrived and established a line ready to advance on the Tau and Emperor's Mantis coalition. The mighty war machines of the Imperium and the devastating firepower of the Tau Empire were trained on their foes and cleansing fire would soon bathe this fractured world. The Siege of Chronus Prime had begun.
