i have so much respect for her. after all the struggles shes had i'm so glad she pulled this off, and just being under that much pressure after winning the short with ALL THOSE PEOPLE watching your every move. i would freak. i look up to her so much.

@CountryTonite2007 well idk their relationship but from her performances alissa needs a tougher coach. when a coach is too nice and has a mother type relationship which alissa has mentioned, one needs to make a change.its not like julie is making the jumps for her.its alissa who is skating.im sure she appreciated the guidance julie and teresa gave her, just like jeremy abott when he left his coach tom for yuka sato.hes been with her and has improved so much, maybe alissa needs to do the same

Alissa left Julia again. I wish that girl would decide who she wants to be with. I'm tired of Julia calling me in tears sobbing because she lost Alissa again. She left her in Febuary got back with her in June then left her again last week. Julia was her coach till this year but they got really close over the last 5 years. Julia is crying every time she talks about her. I hope Alissa will go back to her soon and quit leaving her.

she is not going becase she didn´t skate well, she had big mistakes and she finished in 10th place.
Rachel Flat and Mirai Nagasu are going to represent USA in Vancouver.
Lovely Aahley Wagner and Sasha Cohen will be alternates

she won the championship fairly, rachaels and zhangs triples were not executed cleanly and their triple toes werent fully rotated. also alissa has a natural speed on the ice, her spirals and spins are simply out of this world and she had a great short to help her stay in first. the technical elements had the highest levels and made up the points lost of the lutz and toe, the program was good compared to other ladies who just skate to the elements and totally miss the music
