  • 1000% (not a typo)

  • very good point that you've made there.

  • A woman should hit the man in the groin as hard as possible. If she can hit hard enough she could knock the man out! Look at the opening lift scene and aim to match that force, then work on exceeding it! It could save your life!

  • The best chance a woman has with this defence is speed. Women should practice this technique going faster and faster, gradually reaching breath taking speeds! Otherwise an attacker will have a chance to counter attack!

  • Would I hear that Caucasian-tourist "oriental" music out on the street when I do that move?

  • it's important that when in an potentially threatening enviroment with a stranger that you stand directly in front of him so that you can't see him -because he will always just grab you in a predictable bear hug and never bash your brains out from behind and rape you.

  • It doesn't work because she's standing directly in line in front of him, so she knows where to aim at his crotch. Unless you are asking to be attacked, and you stand directly in front of your attacker, knowing where and how you're going to fight back, its a really bad idea to swing your hand directly where you think where the right "spot" might hit. Because, in real life, you don't know how your attacker will move and where he is standing.

  • i don't think that would work in real life.
