A look at the awesome JVC KW-XR811 car stereo.
Possibly the best non-touchscreen double-DIN car stereo available at the moment.

You get MP3 CD playback, two x USB ports, native iPod support, a 3.5mm jack, bluetooth calling and playback, awesome sounds and 30,000 colour combinations.

  • where is and how is the bluetooth microphone?where did you installed the bluetooth adapter?in the rear usb?

  • @WisinSobreviviente Hi, the microphone is wired and connects to the rear of the headunit. there's enough slack on the cable to attach it to a convenient point on your dash or ceiling card. I have mine clipped onto the sun visor.

The bluetooth adapter can be connected to the front or rear USB. In this video it is connected to the rear port, but now I have it connected to the front USB

  • @TechMadeEasyUK Thank you very much!is the installation of the xr811 easy?i heard about an ISO adapter

  • @WisinSobreviviente Hi, depending on your car you may need a few accessories so that a standard double-DIN stereo will fit.

    You may need the following:

A fascia adapter - so that the JVC unit sits nicely in the dashboard

An ISO adapter - specific to your car, so that the cars wiring will work with the standard ISO connector on the JVC unit

An aerial adapter - specific to your car, so that the cars aerial will work with the standard aerial fitment on the back of the JVC unit.

  • What car is that?

  • @andrenegwer This is a Peugeot 307

  • @TechMadeEasyUK Thank you, precious informations!!

  • @SuperBatyrkhan Hi, I can't comment on whether this will fit specific cars, but if your car has a "double DIN" size aperture then it should fit.
