On the 23rd April 2010 Steve Cockburn of End Water Poverty campaign was in Washington DC campaigning at a High-Level Meeting on Sanitation and Water hosted by UNICEF. On the same day about the same time Neil Kerfoot Founder/CEO of Village by Village was working building toilets in remote rural villages in Ghana.

The next day Steve sent Neil an email telling him about his progress so Neil sent Steve this video clip and asked the question :

"How can the amazing job your doing at such a high level translate to supporting me at my grass roots level?"

Yesterday I had to refuse a request for a household toilet from a very nice old man because we didn't have the funding?
