Brazilian voting machine is more cheap and secure than that, the only thing wrong is that our machine doens't give us a paper, or something like with our vote, like in California. mixed paper and electronic vote is more secure. BTW, any election, be electronic or in paper and pen, is "hackable". Everything about fraud depends of the people knowledge and culture. In Spain the elector can vote by SMS, for example, and the risk of fraud is very low.
