I agreed with the predictions and commentary in this video, but the majority of the video clips were taken out of context. No doubt police brutality persists, but I don't know how far these cops were provoked in the situations . . . just a random assortment of clips made to agitate the viewer. A succinct explanation of the scenarios would have made for a much better presentation!
