  • With no anti-lag, the turbo makes 10psi less boost. We did the open intake tuning first then put the restrictor in, so I don't have any dyno plots of the car running 20psi off the restrictor.

  • like i said, i understand its restricting the air flow to the turbo, but does that mean the turbo will not be able to reach the same amount of PSI as it would unrestricted, or that its just making less power per psi at the same PSI....

  • The turbo will continue to try to make boost, but the inlet restrictor keeps air from reaching the turbo, that's why the HP stops ~315.

    To tune, you boost spike the turbo, then bleed off boost as RPMs climb since the turbo can't suck in enough air.
