This is a short movie of me making some ambidextrous drawings back in 2002. It is pretty dated in a lot of ways, but hopefully it will inspire some of you to experiment with drawing ambidextrously as well!

  • how long did it take u to master this?

how do i get the same grip as my dominant hand? I'm practising this at the moment but the difference when i write and draw with my weaker hand is not huge. When i draw with my left it is abit shacky at times and when i write has better quality. So can u help me nemostopia!!

  • I wouldn't consider myself a master - but so much of this is simple muscle memory - so just keep practicing and you'll get better!

The best thing to do, is to use your non-dominant hand for showers, tooth-brushing, putting away dishes, etc. The more you practice the better it will get in all ways! With about 2 weeks of practice, I think you'll see some serious results!
