Where do you snap your kicks? From the knee? Yeah, thought so, you need to snap from the hip if you want to cause damage, let's kick box together with no shinguards and see what happens. Your leg will go "snap" and then you will be "flat" on the ground, come in anytime!

Igal, you are totally wrong and it goes to show how very few people really know Muay Thai. Actually Igal, turning the wrist into the chest as I did is the CORRECT way to throw an elbow,and actually just about the only way to throw an elbow from that angle. That would be due to the fact that when you turn the wrist in, it brings the point of the elbow straight out to meet the opponent. Otherwise, if you do not turn the wrist in, you would be doing a FOREARM smash and not an elbow. Also, since

Also, your shadow boxing at 0:34 - 0:40 displays poor form on your punches and elbows. Turning your wrists into your chest when throwing elbows will result in a broken wrist if you connect.
