the premier league has lost its power..the ok teams such as aston villa and everton are now rubbish (except Spurs and ManCity) their are stronger leagues now..the top teams are alot weaker (man u, chelsea, arsenal and liverpool) and any 4 of those teams of the 2008-2009 season would get beaten now by thier former selves by 2-3 goals. The national team are a collection of individuals not as good as a team- an English team has made the CL final every year but one since 2005, from 4 different teams. Only Barca have got that far since then- long term there are more CL teams in EPL.
