Joey plays a spirited version of "Suitcase" with his three piece band from 1996 at Sharx in Columbia Heights, MN. Along with Joey on guitar and vocals is Mark Healey on Bass and vocals and Brian Jentges on drums.

  • I saw Joey perform a few times during the 1990s. A very nice guy. Very personable. He had signed several albums for me before, and one time he signed my copy of Ass and asked me if I had one of his publicity photos. I responded that I did not and he proceded to take one out and sign it for me. When one of the security guys came up and frowned upon me having another item signed, Joey replied, "That's all right, he's one of my mates." I'll never forget that.

  • Sounds great.

  • What a great rock & roll voice!!

  • Good song!

  • It's still good, but the live version with Pete Ham playing some great slide guitar is definitely the best version of "Suitcase" I've heard! I wish the studio version was turned into a long jam session like that live version on BBC IN CONCERT 1972-3!

  • Nicely done. It's good seeing/hearing Joey play a Les Paul!
