Filmmakers: Jay C. McCray, Mike Sullivan, Melissa McCray

Corn has sustained the culture, language and lifeway of the Navajo people. The film provides a glimpse into the intimate relationship the Navajo people have with the natural environment. Corn teaches the people the proper way to live in harmony with nature.

This film will be screened on Tuesday, February 10 2009, at 6:15pm, ASU Tempe campus, Coor 174.

  • yummm, cedar ash is the main ingredient in bluecorn making...gives it the texture n taste. So many times have I watched my mom make this by the fire in the morning. Those were THEY DAYS!!
