Ubiquitech single login with Ricoh scan

If you want to control the use of the MFP scanner for security, etc., Ubiquitech software provides secure but convenient scanner log-in. In this demo, place the document in the feeder, push the scanner button, log-in with your employee card/badge, the VDMS gateway communicates with LDAP, verifies your email address, and adds it to the scan-to destination list as shown on the front panel screen. Confirm the address by clicking on it, then push the green start button. The MFP scans the document to your email account. Log out and go about your business.
