IDF Unit YACHMAM - Elite Reconnaissance Force / יחידת יחמ"מ

YACHMAM (Special Deep Reconnaissance Unit) is an elite special forces unit of the Israeli Defense Force.
Experts in targeted lasers, deep reconnaissance and intelligence gathering, but the unit is first and foremost a field intelligence-gathering unit, used to obtain strategically important intelligence far inside and behind enemy lines.
Unit also known as "יחידת יחמ"מ" in Hebrew and belong to "AMAN" "אמ"ן" in Hebrew.
YACHMAM Unit formed by the needs of the "Sayeret Matkal" to work with cooperation and slowly become the best "Special Reconnaissance" Unit on the IDF and cause every "Special Unit" to take a YACHMAM company team to any mission, inside and outside the enemy areas.
The unit have 3 central spots:
Sayeret 414 - formed from the unit "TAT'ZAM Unit" which was a special air force unit, used to be called "Shaldag daughter"
Sayeret 636 formed from 2 units, "Sayeret Moran" & The green squadron of "Duvdevan Unit"
Sayeret 869 formed from the unit "T'ZASAM" which was "סצ"מ - צוות סיור מיוחד" in hebrew, "Special Scout & Recon Unit"
