How to import ultimate traffic flights into FS9/FSX

Here's a quick tutorial for people who don't know how to import flights from ultimate traffic into their flight sim. I know the steps go too quickly, but just press pause I guess lol. For more questions ask me. Song used: Tiësto - ten seconds before sunrise (mix)

How do you turn on/off the TCAS? Flightone's trailer showed TCAS is available in that addon.
