The death of Jerome

Oh come on people, this isn't 1998! This is the future, of course they don't need timers! The burners have automatic sensors that read peoples thoughts telepathically, you just think how long you want the darn thing to be on and voila!
-
As someone else said in another video, when you see a close up of his medal, it appears to be gold. That symbolism for you.

@pacifiedfools I thought about the same thing after seeing this scene. :D But imagine if it was timed! Jerome's body probably wouldn't burn completely and when Vincent comes back he would find what is left of Jerome! Wouldn't that be terrible, too? It's a dilemma. :D

@J0hnT15 on what grounds do you say that this is a badly thought-out movie?

I wonder if the incinerator was timed. If it weren't then the whole bloody building would probably burn down since fake Jerome won't be back for a year; if that fails to happen, then at minimum a huge electric bill would result. Ha... this speculation has gone way too far.

Brooks said that he reached outside the door. No, he doesn't. He shuts the door, then flips a switch on the inside of the incinerator.

One of the dumber scenes in a badly thought-out movie. What fool designer would place a "Start" button on the *inside* of an incinerator??
