@jenbutterfly7 He just barely won Minnesota, his home state. Shows you how much people loved Mondale, even at home.
-
@Gman992 yea, Mondale won only just Washington DC and his home state(just barely though). Ronald Reagan has been the closest to ever winning a 50 state sweep.
-
@hisholyhoviness, guess you were wrong about that prediction. Obama is a disgrace and the country has had enough of his failed and disastrous policies. Obama will be a one-term president, and you know it!
-
obama will win every suinle state at the next election .the victory will be a landslide .
everyone is whining about him creating debt .but reagan created a lot of debt to rebuild america.(heck he turned america from the worlds largest creditor to its biggest debtor)obama will fix the economy by next year and win re election

Deficits?? This Mondale guy is a moron
When Japan sells us enough cars to buy a big skyscraper, that is just another even exchange.
But accounting rules call it an international trade "deficit" because the cars crossed
international borders, while our big skyscraper stayed put. Yet the media, politicians and the
intelligentsia spread alarms because they pay more attention to the word than to the reality.

Oh, for the good old days, when the debt-per-person was ONLY $18,000!
What has Obama run it up to by now?
Vote them ALL out--both parties stink!!!!
-
It's really too bad the American people decided to reward that crooked bastard in the White House by giving him another four years, rather than stop the bleeding of the poor and middle class to benefit the rich.
-
Now wait a minute... A Republican government giving taxpayer dollars to special interests IS a very credible grounds to attack the party. It's a shame the Democrats are NO BETTER when it comes to special interests though.
-
yes, and Mondale won MN by only 4000 votes
Didn't they get their butts kicked--like 49 to 1??
